Terms of Use

JupiterWise provides Vedic astrology readings, a horoscope, a Muhurat calendar, reports and a Chat, generated from birth details you enter. Readings are for guidance and reflection; see the Disclaimer.

You must be 18 or older, or use it with a parent or guardian. You may enter the birth details of another person only if you have their permission.

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where it applies. The price you see before paying is the price you pay.
• A one-time unlock is for one birth profile (or, for Kundali Gun Milan, for one pair). Each new profile or pair is a new purchase at the full price.
• Plans (Horoscope Premium, the weekly Chat plan) are one-time payments for a fixed period and do not renew automatically.
• Payments are handled by Cashfree. If a payment is taken but nothing unlocks, contact support and we will fix it or refund it.

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

The astrology in a reading is calculated; the wording is written by an AI model and can occasionally be imprecise. Do not rely on a reading as the only basis for an important decision.

• Do not copy, resell or scrape our readings, or use automated tools to load the service.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain access to our systems or other people's accounts.
• Do not use the service to harass anyone or to enter data you have no right to use.

The service, its design and its text belong to us or our licensors. You may use a reading for yourself, and share it with people you know, but not sell it or present it as your own product.

We work to keep the service accurate and available but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for decisions you make based on a reading, or for interruptions outside our control. Our total liability for a paid item is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

You can stop using JupiterWise at any time and delete your account (see the Delete account page). We may change or withdraw a feature; if you have paid for something we withdraw, we will refund the unused part.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that apply to you.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top; continuing to use the service means you accept the update. Questions: jupiterwise.in@gmail.com.
