Delivery Policy

When your payment is confirmed, the item unlocks in your account for the birth profile you bought it for. Readings are usually ready within a minute; the first reading for a new chart can take a little longer while it is calculated.

Plans (Horoscope Premium, the weekly Chat plan) start as soon as payment is confirmed and run for their stated period.

You can open what you bought at any time by signing in on the website or in the Android app.

If you paid and the item has not unlocked after a few minutes, refresh the page and check My purchases in your account. If it still has not, contact us with your order or payment ID and we will fix it or refund it (see the Refund Policy).

A receipt is emailed to you after payment and is available under My purchases.
