Please include the email you signed up with and, for a payment question, the order or payment ID shown on your receipt. Never send us a password, an OTP or a full card number; we will never ask for them.
Refunds and payment problems

Delete your account or data
Use the Delete account page. It explains what is removed and how to ask.
Complaints and grievances
If you are not satisfied with how we handled a matter, write to jupiterwise.in@gmail.com with the subject "Grievance". The Grievance Officer's details, where published, are listed below. We acknowledge a grievance and give our reply by email.
