Privacy Policy

• Account: your name and email, and either a password (we keep only a salted hash, never the password) or, if you use Google sign-in, the name and email Google gives us.
• Birth profiles: the name, gender, date, time and place of birth you enter for yourself, and for anyone else you add (you must have their permission). We turn the place into coordinates and a time zone to calculate the chart.
• Readings and messages: the readings we generate for a profile, the questions you type into Chat, and messages you send to support.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount, and the order and payment IDs. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Cashfree's payment page; we never see or store them.
• Visits: the page you opened, the site you came from, campaign tags in the link (utm) and your language, tied to a random visitor ID. We do not store your IP address in our analytics.

We use a few essential cookies: one keeps you signed in, one holds an anonymous visitor ID so the profiles you create before signing in stay with you, and one protects forms against forged requests. Your language and light or dark theme are remembered in your browser.

Advertising and measurement cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) are off unless you choose “Accept” on the cookie notice; you can change your mind at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. Until you choose, Google's tag runs in its “consent mode”: it sets no cookies and sends Google only anonymous, cookie-free signals (such as that a page was viewed or a form was sent), which Google uses to estimate how many visits its ads bring, without identifying you; choosing “Only essential” turns these signals off too. Meta receives nothing unless you accept. When on, the cookies record which pages you view and the steps you take toward a purchase (for example opening checkout or paying), together with the ad click that brought you here, so we can measure and improve our advertising. If you accept and later buy, we also send Meta the purchase and a one-way hash of your email so it can match the sale to the ad. Google (sign-in and place search) and Cashfree (payment) set their own cookies when you use them.

• To calculate your chart and produce your readings;
• to take payment, unlock what you bought, send receipts and handle refunds;
• to answer support requests and keep the service secure and free of abuse;
• to understand which pages and topics people use, and to measure and improve our advertising (with cookies only if you accept them);
• to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

The wording of your readings and Chat answers is written by a third-party AI language model (OpenAI). We send it the calculated chart facts for the reading (positions, dates and similar), your Chat question, and, for the readings that use a name (Numerology, Kundali Gun Milan), that name. We do not send your email address, phone number, password or payment details.

• Cashfree: payment processing.
• Google (Analytics and Ads): advertising measurement, with cookies only if you accept advertising cookies (anonymous cookie-free signals until you choose).
• Meta: advertising measurement, only if you accept advertising cookies.
• Google: sign-in, and place search (the place text you type and a random session ID are sent to Google Places while you type).
• OpenAI: AI wording of readings, as above.
• An email provider: to send you receipts, password resets and support replies.
• Our hosting and database providers: to run the service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it if the law requires, or to protect our users and service.

Two people with identical birth details share one stored reading, so it is not tied to a name or account. The free Moon-sign horoscope and the public Muhurat calendar are the same for everyone and contain no personal data.

Your account, profiles, readings and chats are kept until you delete your account. Payment and order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires; when you delete your account we remove the link to your identity where the law allows. Raw visit records are kept for about 90 days.

JupiterWise is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, connections are encrypted, and access to personal data inside our systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
