Delete Your Account and Data

• Use the button below to open the support form with the request filled in, or email jupiterwise.in@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account".
• We reply to your registered email to confirm it is you (we never ask for your password), then delete the account. We aim to finish within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

You can also ask for only part of your data to be deleted, for example one birth profile.

• Your account: name, email, password hash and Google sign-in link.
• Your birth profiles and the readings, reports and Chat conversations tied to them.
• Your support messages and your saved preferences.
• Your anonymous visitor ID and the visit records tied to it.

• Payment and order records: the law requires us to keep them for tax and accounting. We remove the link to your identity where we can.
• Readings that are shared between people with identical birth details, and the public horoscope and Muhurat pages: they hold no name, email or account and cannot be traced to you.
• Anything we must keep to meet a legal duty or to handle a dispute.

Unlocks and plans you bought are lost when the account is deleted and are not refunded for that reason (see the Refund Policy).

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a short time before they are overwritten. It is not used for anything else in that time.
